Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
